Our rooms
We have 3 bright and spacious en suite rooms on the first floor of the main house. Each room sleeps 2. There are comfortable chairs to relax in and each room has a mini kitchen giving you the flexibility to cook what you want with a cooktop stove, microwave, small fridge/freezer and sink. Don’t fancy cooking? Bring something back from some of the lovely local providers of food and drink.
Dogs are family!

Explore the hermitage, go fishing or hunting, clay pigeon shooting, cycling, golfing. The Perthshire countryside has got something to offer for everyone. Did you know that Beatrix Potter spent many holidays in Birnam. We are only a 2-minute walk from the art centre, and 5 minutes from the railway station. Birnam Oak was immortalised by Shakespeare’s Macbeth.

We have 3 luxurious self-catering rooms to choose from. Our accommodation is ideal for family gatherings, wedding parties, romantic breaks, golfing, fishing and shooting parties. We are able to offer exclusive use of our 3 bedrooms to larger groups.
If you are going to an event at the Birnam Arts Centre we are just across the road and only a 5 minute walk from the train station.
